Vince started Robertson Surveying in 2009 following a return home from a 3 year stint working in the UK. The business has grown steadily year on year. He has built the business on his reputation in the Wellington Industry as a reliable provider of quality Quantity Surveying Services.
He started his career in 1993 with a Cadetship at Mainzeal Construction in Wellington, and has enjoyed a successful career including teaching a course part-time at the Petone Weltec Institute for 9 years and is an active Registered Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
Vince lives in Petone with his wife and two teenage children, enjoying family life, various community and sporting groups, and has a custodian role on behalf of his Taranaki WhÄnui Iwi, of the Parangarahu Lakes beyond the Eastbourne coast.

Matt is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with over 12 years of experience in the field and an impressive 25-year background in residential and commercial construction. Having worked across both project and site management roles, Matt brings a comprehensive understanding of the building industry from the ground up.
A qualified and experienced carpenter, Matt combines hands-on expertise with sharp commercial acumen. His responsibilities include tendering, estimating, and financial management, areas where he consistently demonstrates reliability, consistency, and strong problem-solving skills to meet client expectations and drive project success.
Mattās practical mindset and solution-focused approach make him a valued team member and a dependable professional clients trust.
Matt is a Lower Hutt local and enjoys spending spare time with his family, also doing a bit of mountain biking and other outdoor activities.

Michael has been working for Robertson Surveying since 2018, with over 20 years experience in the Construction sector, including working on Commercial construction sites and operating his own Painting business.
Heās a practical person, with āhands onā knowledge of the industry. He has skills in building new and strengthening existing relationships and his interactions with clients, trades and other professionals are always fair and consistent.
Michael is a Family man, a general knowledge guru and an avid Golfer.

Alex is currently completing his Degree in Quantity Surveying through Massey University via correspondence learning. He has been working part-time during his study and is learning to be involved with many aspects of the business on behalf of our clients, including administering tenders, completing construction measures, and producing payment claims.
Alex brings a wealth of building material knowledge from several years working at Bunnings Trade.
Alex is an avid sports fan, particularly of rugby, cricket and basketball, and you might see him at the Äkau Tangi ASB stadium, battling away in midweek social basketball.
